What are we looking for?

We are looking for a leader with extensive experience in managing teams of programmers and developing web and cloud systems. The candidate must have a solid technical background, especially in the architecture of software solutions and the integration of complex information systems. It is desirable to have experience with AI technologies and new methods such as federated learning, as well as skills in motivating and developing the team.

Main responsibilities:

• Management and coordination of teams of programmers, including task allocation and performance monitoring
• Development and maintenance of scalable web platforms, cloud solutions and information systems
• Implementation of innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence and federated learning
• Ensuring high code quality and adherence to good practices in software engineering
• Interaction with product teams, customers and scientific specialists to implement complex projects

The suitable candidate has:

• Significant experience in leading programming teams and managing software projects
• Good knowledge of programming, software architecture and cloud platforms
• Experience in developing scalable web applications and integrating information systems
• Communication, collaboration and leadership skills in dynamic environments
• Striving for innovation and development in the field of healthcare and artificial intelligence
