Our Story
We were founded in 2018 by executives believing in the power of tech transformation not only for businesses but also for societies.
Blagovesta Pugyova, founder of Gift a Book Foundation, helping children with no parental care, left her promising career at Deloitte to found Childish. This was the original name of Vector Labs and it still has the children foundation as a shareholder.
Today, we are a nearly 50 people strong organization, awarded by Forbes and Enterprise magazine for socially responsible and innovative company. Some of the largest banks, pharma, media and manufacturing companies trust us for their digital and AI transformation.
Blagovesta and Andrey Nonchev found Childish. The foundation remains a co-owner, reflecting Childish's commitment to social responsibility.
Forbes Bulgaria names Childish the Socially Responsible Company of the Year. Childish launches Fabrico, a SaaS CMMS solution for manufacturing plants.
Attracting Georgi Nalbantov, PhD, Nick Nikolovski, MBA and Svetoslav Ivanov. This positions Childish as a leader in AI-oriented solutions in Bulgaria.
Fabrico becomes an independent entity after securing VC investment led by Vitosha Venture Partners with Sofia Angels Ventures, Innovation Capital and experienced Angel Investors.
The new name reflects our commitment to being a trusted and well-known technology partner, with the “vector” symbolising both direction and magnitude in the value we create.
VECTOR Labs was awarded the 2025 ENTERPRISE Magazine award for Innovation in Healthcare for its outstanding solution PreDoctor, which offers new early diagnostics and doctors assistants tools.
